A series of racing events have attracted numerous car enthusiasts to the Ningbo International Circuit. In order to maintain order at the competition venue and ensure the safety of car enthusiasts, the Ningbo International Circuit divides the track into multiple areas, and assigns a certain number of security personnel to each area based on their job responsibilities. One week before the start of the competition, conduct a survey of various intersections and venues leading to the track, and dispatch personnel to maintain order and traffic guidance at intersections that are prone to crowd congestion.
Security personnel shall conduct preliminary cleaning of the event venue and surrounding roads in advance, promptly eliminate safety hazards, ensure smooth travel routes for audience vehicles, and ensure safe and orderly parking of vehicles. During the competition, the staff behind the scenes went all out and were on duty outdoors, allowing the audience to watch the game in a safe and orderly environment.
Beside the track, volunteers wearing red, yellow, and green volunteer uniforms formed a beautiful scenery, adding a lot of color to the track. Volunteers not only include students from various universities, but also party members from villages near the track. During the competition, a large number of volunteers were arranged in crowded areas such as the grandstand to take care of the elderly and children and provide them with services. Volunteers are also divided into three functional groups: environmental maintenance group, logistics support group, and event service group, each performing their own duties in their respective areas.
