Beijing, March 7 (Xinhua) -- Shufu Li, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), delivered a speech on behalf of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce at the second plenary session of the third session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee. He said that for many years, private enterprises have been deeply cultivating traditional manufacturing industries, demonstrating their responsibility to revitalize the country through industry and serve the country through industry. In the process of transforming old and new driving forces, private manufacturing enterprises should be supported to accelerate their digital and green transformation, playing a key role in promoting the high-quality development of traditional industries.
Therefore, the following suggestions are proposed:
——Adhere to the manufacturing sector and consolidate the foundation of traditional industries. From the aspects of strengthening factor guarantee, protecting intellectual property rights, and strengthening standard implementation, further refine and stabilize policy measures for traditional manufacturing industry, support private enterprises to build a solid foundation, fully utilize the advantages of China's traditional manufacturing industry that has already been formed, and strengthen confidence in carrying out large-scale equipment updates, concept innovation, and capability transformation.
——Support enterprise digital transformation and consolidate the good momentum of industrial upgrading. Strengthen top-level design, establish a mechanism for data interconnection and interoperability in the industrial chain, reduce organizational costs in the industrial chain, and improve resource allocation efficiency. Support the leading enterprises of the manufacturing chain to play a leading role, widely carry out the "AI+" action, make full use of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, satellite Internet, industrial Internet, etc., strengthen the chain to supplement and extend the chain, improve the level of the value chain, and form the scale effect of the whole chain promotion.
——Cultivate green and low-carbon enterprises to enhance the "green content" of industrial development. Intensify policy support, consolidate the advantages of the "new three types", support more enterprises to expand the green industry chain, and promote the manufacturing industry to move towards "green". Guide enterprises to establish strict environmental protection material screening standards and supplier evaluation systems, and actively develop and utilize various clean energy sources. Promote the utilization of carbon dioxide resources, increase the scale of on-site consumption of wind and solar energy, and convert unstable green energy into liquid energy that can be stored and transported at room temperature and pressure.
